These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Taltuo's website and recruitment intelligence platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration
To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure.
2. License to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms, Taltuo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform for your internal business recruitment purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
- Uploading malicious code or malware.
- Attempting to circumvent any security measures.
- Using the service to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics.
4. Fees and Payment
Certain features of the service are available under different subscription plans. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Data and Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the candidate data you upload. Taltuo owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform and the underlying AI models. We grant you a license to use the insights generated by the platform for your internal hiring needs.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have breached these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taltuo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
